Due to our continued success and growth, we are now seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Advisor/Sales Support to join our team.

As a business in the past 24 months we have gone global, selling Luxury watches and services all across the world on a daily basis. We now need a hard-working and motivated individual to join our growing success

As a Customer Service Advisor for Pride & Pinion you will be a key ambassador for the company providing elements of excellent customer service as well as support to our sales team. You will be responsible for offering a world class customer experience, pro-actively following up on leads, and utilising CRM data.

You will be a well presented, motivated individual, with a great personality and a passion for watches and customer service. A strong team player, with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.

You will play a key role in the success of the overall business.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Your accountabilities will be but are not limited to;
- Working a 37.5hr week over 5 days designated between Mon-Fri
- Utilising CRM, following up on leads and building client relationships
- Delivering a world class customer service experience
- Establishing new business
- Maintaining accurate records
- Supporting the sales team
- Good verbal and written communication
- Replying to enquiries across all social media platforms in a timely manner

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE / ATTRIBUTES**
- Must be able to discuss and illustrate an awareness and interest in luxury watch brands and the industry. A lot will be taught and trained in this role, however those without a basic working knowledge need not apply.
- Strong record of results in client management
- Excellent interpersonal & organisational skills
- IT Proficient
- Self Motivated, proactive and dedicated
- A professional manner
- Able to illustrate experience of client management
- Must be fully flexible in availability
