This is a fantastic new role working for a Private Family based in Surrey (Chessington).As Private & Business Assistant you will provide 30% business support (finance sector) and 70% private support and be based at the family home (a beautiful estatewith separate office). The Principal and his family have a busy life with extenstive travel/event organising and logistics and lots of project management and fire fighting as part of the day to day role.You will also need to be a driver and hold a cleanBritish Driving License as you will need to drive and the house is not next to shops so you may sometimes need to run errands for the family.
Your role will also involve managing the household budget as well as extensive expense management and running projects to make sure you stay ahead of your Principal (so you should have bags of initiative, used to working at pace and good with numbers and useExcel to intermediate standard)
The Principal runs his own business from his family home so you will help coordinate his work and private diary.This is an all encompassing role for someone who enjoys a mix of business/private support. Your role will be diverse from managing his businessmeetings to sourcing gifts for their wider circle or managing refurbishment projects and keeping a spreadsheet for travel, events, gift buying and school information etc.
The ideal Private PA will be someone with excellent interpersonal skills, calm and confident and who is solutions driven, highly organised and who enjoys systems and processes and is used to a role with a mix of business and private PA support. Working at paceand being used to delivering high standards of service is key in this role.
A real one off role for someone who loves being part of a family in a dual capacity supporting business and private interests. To start asap.
