Work hours: 8.30am-5.00pm
- Monday to Thursday, 8am-1.30pm

Are you currently working as an IT Systems Support Administrator?

Have you got experience working in a Help-Desk environment, providing Tier 1 and some Tier 2 support?

Working within a supportive and friendly environment, you will be joining an organisation that is investing in various areas of the business including our IT division. So, over the next 12 months, you can expect system changes, new technologies and variousprojects being implemented. The position will be based at our Wrexham
- (Wrexham Industrial Estate) with regular travel between our local Wrexham based sites.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Working in a busy environment, you will be the first point of contact for IT issues and your main role will be to deal with reactive day-to-day onsite support issues for users including:

- Managing and responding to IT Support Calls
- First point of contact for IT Issues and requests
- Monitoring systems performance and troubleshooting issues
- Liaison with other company departments on IT related topics
- Installation and monitoring of Software and Hardware
- Ensuring secure and reliable network data (incl Back-up & Disaster recovery)
- Building clients and supporting users in daily IT activities
- Keeping support documentation up to date

**Essential**:

- Microsoft Server - 2008 R2 up to 2019.
- Microsoft Active Directory.
- Backup and DR.
- Virtualisation - VMWare and Hyper-V.
- AV.
- Microsoft O365 and Exchange.
- Driving License.

**Desirable**
- Terminal server experience.
- Microsoft SQL server.
