**Quality Systems Administrator** - Due to the continued growth and success we are looking for a Quality Systems Administrator to join our Technical team based at our Head Office on the Wrexham Industrial estate (LL13 9UG). The hours of work for this role are 08:00hrs to 17:00hrs.

**What would you be doing?**

Our Vision as a business is to be the “Go-to” supplier of bakery products, working nationally with retailers such as M&S and Waitrose on their premium private label range and regionally through the Village Bakery brand. In achieving this vision we want to be recognised as a family business that continually invests in the future through great products, made in great bakeries by a great team of people.

As a Quality Systems Administrator you would take responsibility for controlling and issuing all of the Village Bakery Group and Site Quality Management Systems (QMS) which includes all Quality policies and procedures. These systems reflect all the requirements by which we as a food manufacturing business need to operate. As such they include legal compliance, customer requirements and mandated best-practice.

As these requirements can alter over time, your role would also include undertaking regular retailer gap analysis to update the QMS when required. As such you will take a keen interest in understanding, identifying and highlighting when significant changes occur.

You would also be responsible for defining and issuing the Internal Audit programme, which ensures our compliance against required standards, at Group and each manufacturing site.

**What skills and qualifications would you need?**

**Essential**
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word and Excel)
- Previous experience in an administrative, data focused, role set within a manufacturing environment

**Desirable**
- Food safety Level 3 or above
- HACCP Level 3 or above
- Internal Auditor qualification
- Experience of audits in food industry including BRC v8, M&S Food Safety, M&S Integrity
