A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a finance graduate to join our client based in Aberdeen.

**Responsibilities**

Financial Management
- Ensure the effective management and utilization of financial resources in accordance with the Company’s financial regulations
- Implement equal opportunities principles and practices within the finance team.

Account Payable
- Manage incoming mail for the Finance team
- Code and obtain authorisation for the supplier invoices
- Enter authorised invoices into the SAGE accounting system
- Prepare fortnightly payment runs
- Process miscellaneous payment vouchers
- Manage Worldpay (direct debit) invoice and (Purchase Ledger)
- Code and enter authorised direct debit and credit card transactions on SAGE
- Handle supplier queries and statements
- Set up new suppliers and update changes to existing suppliers
- Arrange faster payments for emergency payments
- Manage Finance Credit Card activities

Data Management and Confidentiality
- Provide financial /statistical information from various sources
- Respond to ad hoc requests for information with attention to confidentiality and Data Protection Act compliance

Compliance and Standards
- Adhere to ICT standards and procedures, ensuring compliance with the Data Protection Act
- Observe regulations and rules related to timekeeping, discipline and Health & Safety

Professional Behaviour and Collaboration
- Exhibit the highest standards of professional behaviour
- Build effective working relationships with stakeholders based on, mutual trust and respect

Information Technology
- Use appropriate management information systems
- Work with information technology and systems in accordance with Company policies

Training
- Undertake appropriate training associated with the duties of the post
