Marks Sattin are working in partnership with a Global leading Medical Devices organisation to recruit a Global Continuous Improvement Manager on a full time, permanent basis. The position is a remote working role, however European travel is required giventhe level of stakeholder engagement.

The Global Continuous Improvement Manager will report to the Global Business Transformation Director. The Global Continuous Improvement Manager will be responsible for driving continuous improvement in the processes and systems across the Global CustomerOperations function with the aim of delivering value to the top and bottom line.

My client operate globally and place the needs of their customers at the heart of everything that they do. As such the Global Continuous Improvement Manager will drive improvements in the processes and systems of the Customer Operations functions throughprocess mapping, data and trend analysis. The role is also responsible for ensuring that the Customer Operations function is as efficient and effective as possible and that the business continue being a valued partner to their customers worldwide.

**Responsibilities of the Global Continuous Improvement Manager include**:

- Working with the Global Business Transformation Director to develop a strategy to drive process excellence through all areas of the Customer Operations function
- Using trend analysis to target key process improvement areas and working with necessary stakeholders to prioritise and execute on those initiatives
- Understanding the organisations digital capabilities to enhance processes to drive optimal performance for both the business and the customer
- Working in collaboration with the core business functions to consistently deliver a "Centre of Excellence" which ensures a first class end-to-end customer experience
- Utilising recognised process improvement methodologies to breakdown and rebuild key processes
- Designing and running process improvement workshops involving a range of other stakeholders of all levels of the business

**To be considered you must**:

- Have experience in a Continuous Improvement role within a European or Global multi-site organisation
- Be able to demonstrate a proven record of process improvements, utilising the tools and techniques to drive them such as Lean, Six Sigma etc.
- Have knowledge of Microsoft Visio or a similar process flow system
- Have experience leading process or customer journey mapping workshops
- Have a strong understanding of Customer Service Operations
- Be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment, assess risk and react quickly in identifying actions required to resolve issues.
- Have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a similar field would be advantageous.
- Be able to work with and influence a wide range of stakeholders and drive change
- Experience in the medical device industry would be beneficial, but not essential
