Our client, a leading transport & logistics solution provider with exciting plans for future growth is expanding it's 4PL logistics team by recruiting a Logistics Broker / Account Manager to be based at offices near Nuneaton.

Supportive and dynamic management team
Competitive salary - c.GBP37K plus bonus scheme and great earning potential
Regular performance reviews
Working hours: 8am - 5pm or 9am - 6pm, Monday - Friday
The Logistics Broker / Account Manager will work within a 4PL operation, providing a one stop management service for client's transport & logistics needs, by taking care of the process from start through to finish, minimising risk for the client and protecting their services.
Working closely with existing customers and subcontractors to enable continued growth.
Ensure deliveries are scheduled on time and in line with customer expectations
Monitor delivery performance and notify customers with any delays.
Strong customer service / account management skills
Demonstrate good commercial awareness
Ideally transport or logistics industry experience, however, other industries will be considered
Happy to cover on call on a rota basis, 1 week in 6.
