Supportive and dynamic management team
Competitive salary c.£37K plus bonus & commission scheme – excellent earning potential in excess of £50K
Regular performance reviews
Working hours: 8am - 5pm or 9am - 6pm, Monday - Friday

The Transport Account Manager will work within a 4PL operation, providing a one stop management service for client’s transport & logistics needs, by taking care of the process from start through to finish, minimising risk for the client and protecting their services.

Duties & Responsibilities of the Transport Account Manager:
Working closely with existing customers and subcontractors to enable continued growth.
Transport planning
Ensure deliveries are scheduled on time and in line with customer expectations
Monitor delivery performance and notify customers with any delays.
Strong customer service / account management skills
Demonstrate good commercial awareness
Transport or Logistics industry experience
Happy to cover on call on a rota basis, 1 week in 6.
