• Supportive and dynamic management team
• Competitive salary c.£37K plus bonus & commission scheme - excellent earning potential in excess of £50K
• Regular performance reviews
• Working hours: 8am - 5pm or 9am - 6pm, Monday - Friday

The Transport Account Manager will work within a 4PL operation, providing a one stop management service for client’s transport & logistics needs, by taking care of the process from start through to finish, minimising risk for the client and protecting their services.

Duties & Responsibilities of the Transport Account Manager:

• Working closely with existing customers and subcontractors to enable continued growth.
• Transport planning
• Ensure deliveries are scheduled on time and in line with customer expectations
• Monitor delivery performance and notify customers with any delays.
• Strong customer service / account management skills
• Demonstrate good commercial awareness
• Transport or Logistics industry experience
• Happy to cover on call on a rota basis, 1 week in 6.
