Key Responsibilities:

  • Brief and debrief drivers, ensuring all queries are addressed and resolved in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and maintain legal o-license compliance, ensuring operational excellence in terms of cost and service.
  • Provide exceptional customer care, resolving live issues and escalating to the Team Manager as necessary.
  • Manage routes, ensuring timely delivery and escalating to the Team Manager where appropriate.
  • Conduct daily administration tasks, including payroll systems, payroll queries, and holidays.

Requirements:

  • Experience in administration in a busy transport environment.
  • PC literate with word and excel experience.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
