**Salary**: basic £35,000 plus an OTE £55,000

An extremely rare vacancy has arisen within our Charles Hurst Specialist Cars Division.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced or an aspiring Showroom Manager to become an integral team member of our Aston Martin, Bentley, Ferrari, Lotus, and Maserati operations.

You will be responsible for the daily management of our Sales Executives looking after New and Used car sales, and will report directly to the franchise showroom manager Michael Forth. Although small, this team is dynamic and works at a fast pace, focusing on achieving and consistently exceeding customer expectations. Working alongside Michael you will also help to support him in his role and will gain the experience and knowledge required to take your Automotive career to the next level.

**Responsibilities**:

- You will also support the Sales Team to identify the appropriate vehicle, funding and additional products, based on individual customer’s suitability and requirements.
- This role is diverse, dynamic and relationship building with customers and our manufacturers partners are essential skills for success.
- You will be responsible for supporting the management of the vehicle sales processes within our 5 incredible brands, whilst achieving and exceeding sales and profit objectives.
- You will need to motivate and develop the sales team. The sales process will be fully compliant, whilst meeting agreed profitability targets.
- You will also maintain high customer satisfaction levels through the understanding and adherence to customer satisfaction indicators within your dealership.
- Good IT skills are essential as the role involves utilising multi brand multi platform manufacturer systems.
