**About the role**:
As a Customer Service Assistant at Northern, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive exceptional support and information. You'll be offering guidance on journey planning, delays, selling tickets, and maintaining station safety and appearance. Working as a Rest Day Relief, you will cover shifts within the roster for colleagues on rest days and will be based at this location, plus other stations within the local area.

**Driving Licence**: A full driving licence and personal transport for travelling between stations in the local area.
