**Barista / Bartender**:
Malibu Kitchen brings Californian food to the City with a healthy menu of superfood salads, cured fish and meat, and plant-based dishes, served from breakfast through to dinner. Expect counter-style seating and a handful of booths.

**What’s the role?**
Barista/Bartender

**Where will you be working?**
At The Ned, we have restaurants in almost every cuisine, from pan-Asian to American diner, and Italian to fine dining, with dedicated bars serving cocktails and classic drinks as part of the menu.

This role is for in our Malibu Kitchen Restaurant, which closes on Sundays.

**What will you be doing?**
- You’ll have a fantastic personality, engaging with our customers to give them an exceptional service
- You’ll have great knowledge of your bar menu, preparing drinks for your customers and making recommendations
- You’ll have continuous learning opportunities, including the option to gain a Wine and Spirit Education Trust (WSET) qualification, and extensive bar training from our fabulous Head of Bars
