About The Role

We're seeking a skilled Barista & Bartender to join our team at BrewDog Waterloo, the largest BrewDog location in the world. As a Barista & Bartender, you'll be responsible for crafting amazing coffee and cocktails, providing epic counter and table service, and supporting the team in driving results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handcrafting awesome coffee, at pace, including dialling in grinders, maintaining coffee quality, and producing latte art.
  • Opening and closing of both coffee and cocktail stations.
  • Providing exceptional customer service, making every experience a standout.
  • Crafting amazing cocktails that our customers love.
  • General cleaning and organisation of Grind.
  • Supporting the team in driving results.
  • Running drinks to the rest of the venue.
About You

We're looking for a customer service-focused individual who is passionate about craft beer and has a willingness to learn. You'll be a natural trainer, love seeing people learn and develop, and take pride in nurturing the future talent in BrewDog bars.
