About The Role

We're seeking a skilled Barista & Bartender to join our team at BrewDog Waterloo, our biggest location in the world. As a Barista & Bartender, you'll be responsible for handcrafting awesome coffee, crafting amazing cocktails, and providing epic counter and table service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handcrafting coffee and cocktails to a high standard
  • Opening and closing of both coffee and cocktail stations
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring every customer has an amazing experience
  • Crafting cocktails that our customers love
  • General cleaning and organisation of Grind
  • Supporting the team in driving results
  • Running drinks to the rest of the venue
About You

We're looking for someone who is passionate about craft beer and has a willingness to learn. You'll be a natural trainer and love seeing the people around you learn and develop. You'll be responsible for nurturing the future talent in BrewDog bars and take pride in that.
