**The role**:
The mission of our Customer/Technical Support teams is to provide outstanding customer service while assisting Customers with any technical challenges they may have. We offer around-the-clock.

**About you**:

- Expertise in delivering exceptional customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, as well as a readiness to work over the phone.
- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience dealing with challenging customers.
- Self-driven and driven to succeed.
