Here at Prospero Health and Social Care we are looking to recruit experienced and enthusiastic Child and Young adult Support Workers in the Bradford area

An exciting and rewarding opportunity has arisen to support Children and Young Adults with a diverse range of needs, including learning difficulties, autism, physical disabilities, and complex challenging behaviour. You will find yourself working in a varietyof settings, including the child's own home, health and social care settings and out in the community. You will be required to support the individual's needs, Provide physical and emotional support. Manage the wellbeing and behaviour's you will be Assistingwith the care plans, risk assessments, reviews, incident & accidents reporting. You will need to Maintain professional relationships with clients, family and external health care professionals at all times.

What you require:

- **At least 6 Months work experience in a care setting in the UK (MUST HAVE)**:

- **3 years of references without gaps (MUST HAVE)**:

- The ability to adapt and act accordingly to situations.
- A high level of patience and emotional resilience.
- A non-judgmental attitude regardless of a person's needs.
- The ability to remain calm under pressure and when dealing with challenging situations.
- Experience of working in a similar setting.
- DBS check on the update service and all required checks as well as clean criminal record.
- An over sea's police check if required
- Preferable but not essential to be able to drive as locations can be spread out.
