Business Support Administrator

**Responsibilities**:
- Day to day business administration support for the small team and director
- Entering data into online tools including
- Arranging meetings, booking travel
- Managing the small office to ensure all staff have what they need and keeping the office looking presentable
- Attending client meetings to discuss their requirements and take notes on agreed actions
Key skills required:
- Very good spoken and written English
- Organised and able to manage own workloads
- Knowledge of working with basic Microsoft software and competent at using the internet to input data into web based tools
- Keen attention to detail
This is a part time, office based role. 6 month term with potential to become permanent. £15 per hour.
