Education Welfare Officer

We are seeking to appoint an Education Welfare Officer at Haven High Academy. The purpose of this role is to deal with attendance and other issues which impact upon the educational welfare of children. Whilst being proactive in relation to attendance issues, it may be necessary for the post holder to invoke supervision orders, legal proceedings and to manage other orders made by the courts. To offer advice and assistance in relation to child employment and child entertainment.

39.5 hours per week, Term Time only contract

Haven High Academy is a popular, well-resourced and oversubscribed secondary school based in the heart of Boston, Lincolnshire.
