**Role Summary**
Acting as the first point of call for our customers you will ultimately empower individuals with limited mobility, helping them regain their independence and enhance their quality of life through exceptional customer service delivery to our customers.
**Essential Duties**
- Directing customer communications to the correct department, ensuring the quickest resolution to their query
- Using business systems to record necessary information and instigate actions as required
- Process quotations, liaising with internal and field based colleagues to resolve queries
- Process customer orders, liaising with the customer to resolve queries
- Process internal purchase orders to expediate the manufacture of equipment for delivery to the customer
