HQN is a dynamic York-based consultancy, training and events company providing fast practical guidance on everything to do with social housing.

We run a number of virtual events and training sessions dedicated to different areas of housing and have more than 13,000 delegates attending our sessions every year.

We are excited to be recruiting for a Session Administrator (Virtual). Reporting to, and working closely with, the Training Manager and the Events Coordinator, we are looking for a professional, proactive, and driven individual with a talent for meticulous attention to detail to join our friendly and hardworking team.

The purpose of the role will be to provide support to external customers, delegates, speakers and trainers when we host virtual sessions on Zoom and Teams.

We’re looking to expand our online administrators to enable us to host more online sessions and workshops and are looking for people to join our team.
- **Please note that this is a freelance position. Hours of work will be allocated on an ad-hoc basis and as required. We are unable to guarantee a fixed amount of hours per week.**_

**Essential requirements**:

- Good internet connection
- Good availability on week days with ability to provide us with available dates in advance
- Laptop with camera and good audio/headphones
- Quiet area/room to work in
- Approachable/friendly/outgoing
- Reliable
- Personable
- Someone who can think on their feet
- Problem solver
- Professional
- Able to make notes on session and feedback when required.

**Desirable**:

- Previous experience of working on the phone or in customer services
- Zoom and Teams knowledge (though training can be provided).
