Induction & Training Coordinator

As an Induction and Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading and organising a smooth induction process for all new starters. You will also be required to provide and organise training which will assist in contributing to the Continuous Professional Development (CPD) of all members of staff.
The Induction and Training Coordinator should be able to have an understanding of the long-term goals and the working culture of the organisation and ensure that the induction and training sessions are a clear reflection of these**.**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Facilitating with supervisors, managers, and the recruitment team to recognise forthcoming starters in order to have a planned approach to start dates of new staff.
- Working closely with the relevant department/team on the facilitation of onboarding requirements.
- Coordinating with the relevant team to organise induction sessions to include:
a.) Fire and Safety
b.) IT training
c.) Systems training
d.) Corporate induction
- Maintaining and updating records of all induction and training activity being undertaken by new members of staff.
- Working closely with managers / head of departments to provide a smooth transition into working with the relevant team.
- Ensuring the induction and training sessions are able to depict a clear understanding of the firm’s goals, values, behaviours and working culture to the members of staff.
- Planning, coordinating and/or delivering training sessions to meet the internal Continuous Professional Development (CPD) requirements of the firm.
- Evaluate the training being offered, ensuring it is fit for and personalised while considering the audience it is planned for.
- Any additional administrative responsibilities requested by line management
**Requirements and Skills**:
- Experience of facilitating training sessions for individuals of differing knowledge levels by working meticulously with them.
- Confident in providing required information to members of staff.
- Ability to network and maintain outstanding working relations across different teams and arenas of the business.
- Good time-management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal as well as written communication skills.
- Excellent level of competency and knowledge of Microsoft office packages to include outlook, excel and word and inhouse systems.

**Salary**: £25,000.00 per year
