We are looking for an individual with exceptional organizational skills, who has the ability to work to tight deadline and prioritize work efficiently.
- Support the efficient completion and overall success of negotiation of the documentation with new and existing clients
- Work alongside key stakeholders to obtain necessary approvals from the relevant credit, risk, capacity and legal teams
- Support the maintenance of Onboarding Procedures, Policies and Guides
- Manage the document retention process within the group
- Coordinate meeting arrangements, manage client onboarding trackers, maintain task lists, proof reading of legal documents
- Support productivity by reviewing and enhancing processes, systems and structure with the goal of reducing the time to conclude contracts;

Education level:

- Bachelors degree or equivalent
- Interest in the financial services industry

Knowledge and skills (general and technical):

- Experience with standard desktop tools, including Microsoft Office, PowerPoint and strong Excel skills required
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Strong ability to handle multiple and conflicting priorities, while meeting deadlines.
- Ability to interact with internal and external clients, in a professional manner.
- Strong problem solving, organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
