Roles and responsibility of successful applicant should;
Support with training of educational practitioners, partner agencies, parents/carers on the principles of inclusive practice and funding entitlements. quality, content and coverage of training to establish consistency of messages being promoted within the authority.

Co-ordinate all promotional initiatives regarding Inclusion, keeping up to date with legislation and good practice.

Keep up to date with current knowledge and practice in the area of social, emotional, behavioural and mental health difficulties and disseminate to schools through regular updates/ training events.

Contribute to briefing papers for key stakeholders, Schools Forum, headteachers and partners including information about legislation, policies, key initiatives and support available, along with recommendations for proven (researched) strategies, programmes and effective practice.
