**Mental Health Patient Experience Volunteer**
- **This is an Unpaid Role**_

**About the Role**

We are running patient experience forums within inpatient mental health units in partnership with West London NHS Trust. This involves visiting each service twice a month to run a discussion forum where inpatients can express their experiences of mental health care. This work is vital to hearing the voices of mental health inpatients and improving the services and the quality of care that mental health inpatients receive.

You would be responsible for
- Leading or assisting with the patient experience forums
- collecting the experiences of mental health inpatients.
- inputting the experiences into our feedback center

The time commitment for this role is 4-12 hours per month.

**Full training will be provided**
