DoorCo is a leading manufacturer and distributor of composite doors across the UK. The business has experienced significant growth in the last 6 years and this growth is planned to continue. The business is based in Macclesfield. We are now looking to recruit a Compliance Co-Ordinator to join the existing successful Transport team.

Focussing predominantly on legal compliance, responsibilities include:
- Management of drivers’ hours and O Licence requirements.
- Ensuring legal compliance across the fleet including scheduling of services and liaising with service providers.
- Actioning any repairs from the daily defect reports and recording them on the Defect Log.
- Working with the despatch team to ensure that vehicles are loaded safely.
- Assisting with managing, motivating, engaging and developing the Transport team as required.
- Managing client relations and expectations.
- Supporting the Sales, Production and Customer Services teams with customer requirements.
- Undertaking H&S duties as required.
- Supporting in the implementation of transport strategies.
- Assisting in the development of future distribution and transport networks.
- Support the Transport Manager with Transport KPI’s
- Experience of driver compliance, tacho data and working hours regulations.
- Understanding of Operator’s Licence requirements and experience of dealing with an Operator’s Licence.
- Knowledge of Transport planning and route scheduling.
- A valid UK Driving Licence with no serious endorsements.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £26,500.00 per year
