We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the position of Regulatory Compliance and Training Expert. As part of our logistics team, this individual will play a critical role in ensuring Health & Safety compliance across all aspects of our operations. Key responsibilities include supervising and monitoring employees, delivering comprehensive CPC training, and maintaining accurate records. In addition, they will promote health & safety activities and initiatives within the workplace. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in transport, warehousing, and plant legislation, as well as expertise in FORS and telematics systems. They must also hold relevant qualifications, such as international CPC certification and instructors' licenses. A Class 1 driving license and desirable certifications like IOSH and FORS practitioner are also required. Estimated salary range is £52,000 - £72,000 per year.
