Are you a qualified and/or experienced care worker interested in going into leadership and management? Are you good on the computer, able to write care plans, reports, undertake service user assessments and supervise staff?

Are you able to perform basic tasks on the computer and on care Apps?

Are you a car driver with full UK driving licence?

If you answer yes to ALL of the above, this post may be ideal for you.

The successful applicant will have previous domiciliary care experience, be highly motivated, very ambitious and passionate about care of people with autism and learning disabilities.

The post holder will work both in the office and the service users’ sites and assist in undertaking spot audits of service delivery in accordance with documented procedures and supervision of staff.

The successful applicant must be computer literate.

Being a car driver with a *FULL UK LICENCE* is an essential part of this position.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract, Volunteer

**Salary**: £12.30 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 39 per week
