I am recruiting for a growing company for a Customer Service Coordinator to join a fast paced exciting company who provide communications solutions across a number of sectors. This is a varied role where you will be using your customer service skills,admin and logistics. You will be supporting the Logistics team but will be taking responsibility for receiving repairs into the business and overseeing the repair workflow, liaising with customers to update them on the status of the repair and dispatches aswell as key logistics tasks.
Customer Service Coordinator Key duties include:
- Updating customer tickets and records with repair and goods out statuses.
- Managing the workflow of customer equipment repairs.
- Sending faulty equipment for Third Party Repair
- Booking customer equipment in for repairs.
- Maintain workflow activity in accordance with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

In conjunction with the Logistics Co-ordinator:

- Control of shipping and receiving of goods in.
- Stock control including stock takes, managing minimum stock levels, allocating new stock to internal stock management system.
- Management of physical stock.
- Validate and review storage areas including onboarding new products into the business.
- Always following correct processes and procedures.
- Analyse and optimise logistics processes and procedures working with Compliance to increase productivity.

The successful Customer Service Coordinator will have the following skills and experience
- in a fast-paced customer facing administration role or logistics/procurement role
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent computer skills including Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Excellent organisational skills including the ability to prioritise tasks to increase productivity.
- The ability to work as part of a wider organisational team.
- Be able to pass a full enhanced disclosure (DBS).
