Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Work Order Coordinator to join our team at Arcus FM. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all customer contacts are dealt with in a professional and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end work order life cycle for escalated work orders, ensuring that all customer requests are met within specific timescales and in line with agreed service levels.
  • Provide first line triage to ensure that work orders are raised correctly and are flowing to the correct departments or resources.
  • Responsible for ensuring that all customer contacts are dealt with in a pleasant and professional manner, in line with Arcus processes and procedures.
  • Manage workload and prioritize daily duties efficiently, communicating identified risks in line with escalation procedures.
  • Collaborate with planning, delivery teams, and contractors to ensure that escalated work orders are scheduled and completed within set Service Level Agreements.
  • Accountable for triaging client work orders and actioning pend accept, ensuring that Work Orders have been raised correctly and are flowing to the correct departments or resources.

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills and experience in a call centre or retail sector.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage workload and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
