We are now recruiting a dynamic **Production Chef** to join our Hospitality team and support us in delivering nutritious food and market-leading care to our residents.
**We’ll reward your hard work by**:

**And in return, you will be responsible for**:
- Overseeing and providing leadership and direction for all day-to-day operations in the kitchen in the absence of Head Chef.
- Coordinating the work of the kitchen brigade to ensure that food presentation is technically correct, and of outstanding quality.
- Planning, preparing, cooking and presenting residents meals in accordance of the agreed menu by using fresh seasonal ingredients.
- Complying with the Health and Safety policies including food safety and complete all administration and compliance documentation.
- Ensuring all food costs and labour are managed within the catering budget.
- Consulting the residents and clinical staff when developing menus, ensuring all dietary requirements are catered for.
**Please note**:this role will require an enhanced DBS and proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
