- Engagement letters
- Letters to Companies House and HMRC
- Dealing with mail in and out
- Updating systems
- All support tasks as required
- Client paperwork processing
- Review Companies House and HMRC to ensure filing deadlines are met
- Roll forward accounts and management letters
- Tax return submissions
- Drafting letters for tax returns

**Essential skills/qualities**
- Have proven administration experience of at least 1 year
- Be able to multitask and work will in a busy office environment
- Be able to provide first class customer and client service
- Have good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
- Have excellent organisation skills and the ability to prioritise
- Be enthusiastic, results driven and a team player
- Be confident in their communication skills both written and verbally
- Work well within the team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£21,000.00 per year
