**Role responsibilities and summary**:

- Order processing.
- Liaising with couriers to ensure deliveries are made on time.
- Ensuring stock is available for shipment.
- General product information/samples.
- Monitoring stock usage against sales forecasts - highlighting issues to commercial.
- Manage delivery queries.
- Slow moving stock.
- Liaison with Factory and Transport to ensure all orders are shipped On Time in Full (OTIF).
- Manage shortages and customer expectations.
- Offer deviations or omissions if short of raw material components.
- Liaise with production to ensure stock is produced on time.
- Provide pallet lists for large customers.
- Manage Engineered to Order (ETO) product - turnaround and availability.

- IT literate (ability to Microsoft Office package including dynamic AX).
- The ability to be flexible, decisive and quick-thinking and strong problem solving ability.
