Job description

A temporary, fixed term vacancy until October 2023 has arisen for a Complaints Admin Support Officer within the Professional standards Directorate, Nottinghamshire Police Headquarters.

The main requirement of the role is to be responsible for the recording, allocating, tracking, and finalising of cases onto the Centurion database with responsibility for all associated support processes ensuring the accuracy of information held by the Directorate.

The post holder will also manage the recording of Business Interests together with the recording of the Gifts, Gratuities & Hospitalities Register.

The post holder will also be required to type a variety of documents from either manuscript or audio records including listening and analysing recorded interviews and produce either a summary or transcript of those interviews.

The post holder will demonstrate the highest standards of integrity and confidentiality at all times.

The post holder will need to develop a good working knowledge of the legislation and regulations governing the handling of complaints together with a working knowledge of the IOPC Statutory Guidance.

The post is Grade A3 £21,837 to £22,677
