**Role Purpose & Key Responsibilities**:
As a Family Hub Performance, Impact and Data Officer you will report to Family Hub Programme Manager.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Supporting the implementation of the Family Hubs and Start for Life Delivery Plan.
- Measuring performance and impact against Family Hub requirements.
- Developing data systems which support the management information requirements for Family Hubs.

The purpose of the role is to:

- Evidence performance, impact and maximising the use of data to improve outcomes for families who access Family Hub services.
- Present statistical analysis reports and oversee the production of performance dashboards.
- Work alongside Information Governance Lead to further develop the necessary data sharing arrangements, privacy impact assessments, privacy notice(s) and data protections under Family Hub programme arrangements and delivery.

**Requirements**:

- A working knowledge of service standards and performance indicators.
- Knowledge of national legislation, policies, statutory guidance, standards, and procedures relevant to this role within a local government environment.
- Sound understanding of and ability to work in accordance with all Data Protection requirements and GDPR arrangements.
- Experience working in a business intelligence/analytics environment in a development and support capacity.
- Demonstrable experience of strong performance management skills and contributing positively to corporate and departmental performance monitoring requirements.

**Hours of work**: 36 per week / Monday - Friday

**Contract type**: Secondment/FTC for 1 year

**Recruitment and Selection Timeline**:
