SFCCC is a small business in Croydon. We are NACC registered contact centre run by experienced social care staff. Our goal is to facilitate contact, enable children to spend time with adults that they do not live in a safe and caring space.

Our work environment includes:

- centre based activities & community activities ( such as cinema, park, farm visits)

Supporting children to spend time with family members in a safe space by observing and supervising contact.

Supporting with handovers and supported contact.

Recording contact and reporting what has been observed.

working in child focused way.

Being able to assess risks and escalate issues appropriately and prioritising the safety of children.

Supporting children at the centre and also in the community.

Working in professional manner at all times and providing consistent service with caring attitude.

**Essential Functions**:

- **provide a caring, professional attitude when dealing with families**:

- **observe contact and provide a written record**:

- **assess risk and escalate issues ensuring safety of child at all times**:

- **Help to set up environment prior to session if required**:

- **Perform other duties as assigned**

**Requirements**:
Previous experience in a call center environment preferred.
- Previous experience of work as contact supervisor prefered.
- Willingness to learn and work in child focused way
- Must be able to use Word, to provide written reports
- Must have the ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Available some saturday and some Sundays.

**Job Type**: Zero hours contract

**Salary**: £11.00-£12.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Every weekend
- Weekend availability

Work Location: In person
