**What you’ll do**
As our Networks Specialist you will be responsible for supporting multi-vendor RAN system feature trials, design changes and Performance troubleshooting including drive test analysis
- You will be responsible for supporting in maintaining a multi-vendor, performance and optimisation System design. The focus is on the continuous improvement of the mobile customer experience in Network KPIs, Benchmarking & Crowdsource measures
- You will be conducting Troubleshooting Performance changes in KPIs, benchmarking and device-specific scenarios; and then supporting to drive the fix.
- You will be supporting operational readiness for new-services, technology evolution and associated large-scale RAN projects
- You will be able to contribute to Vodafone UK network optimisation guidelines, standards and processes to ensure best practice is followed

**Who you are**
- You will preferably have knowledge of 2 RAN vendors preferred combined with a working understanding of the different Network functions such as RAN + TX / CORE / Deployment / Operations
- You will be able to demonstrate stakeholder interaction skills, internally and externally with our suppliers.
- You ideally will have experience of working cross-functionally and interacting with other teams and functions
- You will have a passion for being able to explain complex concepts in a way that is easy to understand for different audiences.**What we offer**
