Rthirteen are proud to be working alongside a leading charity in order to recruit an Employer Engagement Case Manager to cover the Oxford & Bicester area. Your role will be to actively manage a caseload of job ready offenders across the region, supportingthem to prepare for work and to resettle back into the community.

This role will be x2 days in Oxford, x2 days in Bicester & 1 day working from home.

**Please Note, you will be required to undertake and pass a CRB check**

**The day to day**:

- Managing a caseload of offenders in the community across the region.
- Providing supporting in order to prepare offenders for work, this could include interview support, job searching, CV support etc
- Helping to break down barriers, allowing offenders to reach resettlement milestones and enter relevant training/education.
- Understanding job seekers goals and the types of opportunities they are looking for.
- Sourcing suitable vacancies using various platforms (online, recruitment events, networking).
- Actively identifying relevant training opportunities linked to employment opportunities.

**The benefits**

25 days annual leave + bank holidays, pension scheme, death in service, enhanced maternity, funded team activity days, professional development opportunities and travel is expensed at 40p per mile + parking if necessary.

**You will have/be**:

- Experience working with and managing individuals with difficult behaviour and/or complex needs and helping them to overcome barriers.
- Previous experience working to targets within the employment, training or recruitment sector.
- The ability to think critically & evaluate, seeking areas for improvement.
- Strong communication skills across a broad range of resource types, skills & backgrounds.
- The ability to manage your own workload with diverse and changing priorities.
- Knowledge of the welfare to work programme and the benefit scheme is desirable but not essential
