- **Cost Analysis**: Conduct cost analysis and cost-benefit evaluations to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement in procurement activities.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and supplier capabilities to identify new sourcing opportunities and potential cost savings initiatives.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions, contracts, and supplier agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sales, warehouse operations, and finance to align procurement activities with business objectives and support overall organizational goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably within a retail or e-commerce environment.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with procurement software or ERP systems.
- Knowledge of procurement best practices, contract management, and supplier performance evaluation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Degree or equivalent qualification in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field is desirable.
