**What does the role involve?**

In this role, your main purpose will be ensuring all operational billing is accurate, on time, and produced in accordance with the correct authorisation processes. As a wider team, you'll be cross-trained and will work together to share your knowledge of the customer and business operations.

Attendance of the Trowbridge office will be required for robust training to allow you to get to grips with the ethos of Novuna and how we work. Following initial training, the role will then adopt a hybrid approach with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office.

**Some of your key duties will include**:

- Ensuring the correct billing processes are followed for each customer
- Validating any discrepancies, to be handled at First Point of Contact
- Utilising your skills with supplier engagement and management

**What are we looking for?**

You'll come with exceptional interpersonal skills and process driven. You are an organised individual and enjoy challenges. Not only do you come with the ability to work on your own initiative, but you're also a team player and enjoy working with others.

Also, we're looking for the following:

- You are an advocate for positive customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be task focussed with a keen eye for detail
- IT literate, with a strong experience of Excel-based task
