Responsibilities:

- Perform physical labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of job sites
- Operate hand tools and power tools as required
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in construction or a similar field is preferred but not required
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints is a plus
- Familiarity with various hand tools and power tools is beneficial
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work well in a team environment
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks

**Job Type**: Temporary contract

**Salary**: £11.00-£13.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hawick, TD9 9DE: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Construction: 4 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- CSCS (required)
- Driving Licence (required)
