**Who are we looking for?**

We have a brilliant opportunity available for the right person to become our new work distributor. First and foremost, we are looking for people who have the desire and commitment to be successful. Ideally, we are interested in people with a background in the têxtiles industry with a keen attention to detail to work in a busy production area.

We are a Fashion business that is renowned worldwide for our outstanding ability to combine exceptional technical skills and traditional expertise to create complex couture cashmere garments. We supply to multiple luxury brands including our key partner and owner since 2012, Chanel. This is an exciting time for us as we continue to expand and transform. The market and landscape are fast-moving and growing which is creating new opportunities.

**What do we need?**
- Communicating effectively with employees to ensure best practice is consistently applied across the site
- Proactively identifying improvements within work area to improve workflow and efficiency
- Liaise with Area Leader to collate work throughout the day
- Organise garment bundles and distribute work to relevant sections and operatives
- Move product between each section efficiently
- Liaise with Quality Department and operatives to ensure products are processed in a timely manner
- Support health and safety within the production area
