**Hearing Care Assistant (Audiology)**

**Salary**: £23,000 - £25,000 + Commission (DPE)

**Job Type**: Full Time or Part Time

Ash Hearing Ltd are currently looking for a Hearing Care Assistant (Audiology) to join our team. Ash Hearing Centre is an independent, family-owned clinic dedicated to providing a professional and relaxed environment for our clients.

**What will you do?**

As a Hearing Care Assistant (Audiology) you will ensure that clients and patient needs are met using a patient management system to provide both clinical and clerical support to practitioners. Effective and efficient patient care delivered. Maintaining a clean and safe environment in line with company policy.

**Key Duties**
- To serve a private client base focusing on the provision of dealing with client’s problems with their hearing aids and listening skills and any repairs.
- Advising patients of relevant examination details and when required with the support of the practitioner.
- Communicate and present in a consistently professional manner to both colleges and clients.
- Cleaning and monitoring equipment as directed and reporting any problems or malfunctions to a senior member of staff.
- General clinic administration duties.
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- The role is either Full Time or Part time depending on the individual.

**Key Skills, Qualifications, and requirements**
- Hearing Care Assistant (Audiology) qualification
- Must have the right to work in the UK.

**Desirable**
- Earwax qualification from a reputable training provider.
- UK Driving license
- 2 Years Experience

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

**Experience**:

- Audiology: 2 years (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Worcestershire, WR10 1AA (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

- Worcestershire, WR10 1AA: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
