Home Care Assistant

We are seeking Home Care Assistants to join our dedicated team of carers who are passionate about delivering exceptional care and support to vulnerable adults in their own homes. As a Home Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in enabling our service users to maintain their independence and dignity in the comfort of their own homes.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering high-quality care and support to our service users in their own homes
- Maintaining accurate records of care delivery and reporting any changes or concerns to the care team
- Contributing to the development and implementation of individualised care plans that meet the needs and preferences of each service user
We offer a competitive salary of £11.90 per hour, plus benefits including 20 days annual leave, meal breaks during long shifts and comprehensive training and development opportunities.
As a Home Care Assistant, you will work closely with other members of the care team to deliver high-quality care and support that meets the needs and preferences of each service user. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of care delivery and reporting any changes or concerns to the care team.
The ideal candidate will be a compassionate and empathetic individual who is able to build strong relationships with our service users and colleagues. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
