Job Description:

Fundamental Responsibilities:

  • Providing high-quality, individualised care to residents as outlined in their care plans
  • Supporting residents in engaging with various leisure activities
  • Collaborating with the team to enrich the lives of residents
  • Maintaining effective communication with colleagues, residents, and their families
  • Embracing adaptability and flexibility in your approach

Required Skills and Qualifications:

No experience is necessary for this role, as Sanctuary Group provides thorough training and ongoing support to help you succeed.
