**As a Protection Consultant at LetsGoCover you will**:

- Work on a non-advised basis
- Contact multiple leads per day (generated from potential customers who have expressed a specific interest in life assurance products on-line (real time hot leads not cold calling)
- Overcome customer concerns
- Perform fact finds with clients to confirm their needs
- Search through our market leading providers to find a policy to match the client’s needs
- Sell key benefits of our products and services
- Arrange life insurance policies in line with our sales process
- Learn and retain product knowledge
- Adhere to FCA guidelines

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record in working to targets in telesales (essential)
- Ability to overcome common objections (essential)
- Experience in a financial company working within FCA guidelines (beneficial)
- Excellent verbal communication
- Ambition to thrive in a sales environment
- Team player focused on the success of the business as a whole
- Professional and positive manner
- Enthusiasm to invest time in upskilling and professional development through CPD and qualifications such as CII
- Knowledge around treating customers fairly and willingness to support positive customer outcomes in line with FCA guidelines

**Prerequisites**:

- Clean credit history _(any past issues must have been resolved, e.g. “in arrangement”)_
- Clean employment references for last 3 years
- Ideally a clean criminal record. _(Any historic items will be considered on a case by case basis)_
- All successful Sales Consultant applicants will have a DBS/CRB check done prior to starting

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
