We are seeking an experienced Social Work Advanced practitioner for Children Services

You will be supporting our team in **Yorkshire.**

**Pay rate - ** **£37.50PH**

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- To have responsibility for a complex and challenging case load, as an additional worker to the field Social Workers, offering high frequency contact/visits, developing, and building on a trusted relationship model, and supporting young people with opportunities.
- Creative working and positive ways of working are essential as we adapt approaches to meet individual need. An understanding of the child’s journey and voice is key in ensuring practice and interventions is trauma informed.
- Be responsible for the assessment, support planning and review of complex individual needs.
- To support reflective practice discussions, to develop skill base and promote high service delivery across the team.
- See safeguarding through from start to finish, ensuring that risk has been removed/reduced.

**Essential Requirements**:

- SWE Registered
- Must have at least two years of post-qualifying experience working with similar team
- Require UK Driving License
