A new opportunity has just become available and we’re looking for a Hybrid Claims Relationship Manager to join our team.

This role is predominantly home working and you will only need to come into our Birmingham/Milton Keynes office once or twice a month.

**Role Details**

This is a telephone based relationship role which helps support the CRM and Allianz Claims Proposition. You will help to maintain and win new business and support with the ongoing development of the Claims Proposition, with specific focus on the digital assets. The role will be closely aligned to the Claims Handling Centres (CHCs) and will support them in resolving any service issues. You’ll work closely with the CHCs and customer/broker to proactively put measures in place to minimise any future issues to enable a smoother claims journey.

The role includes the responsibility of the maintenance and enhancement of the CRM Communication Strategy to promote the CRM Team and improve commercial and market awareness. This will be through the use of Connect and attendance at CHCs meetings to update on the latest CRM news, proposition and customer developments.

The caseload will be a combination of brokers that the commercial areas have identified as accounts which have the potential to increase their GWP with Allianz and is in line with Broker Segmentation. It will also be those identified by the Claims Division which through their service engagement and analysis have identified that they are in need of a central point of contact to manage the relationship.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Build own caseload of brokers that are aligned to Broker Segmentation and help support the growth of GWP by promoting the Allianz claims proposition
- As part of the relationship management piece attend virtual meetings with customer/brokers and where appropriate complete file reviews in preparation for meetings
- Actively support internal and external stakeholders with escalations and queries by liaising with the relevant claims team/equivalent area
- Promote the Allianz Claims Hub/App/Digital Assets both internally and externally, providing support to Senior CRM lead as required
- Using data to monitor trends in usage and use the outputs to support the CRM and CHCs in creating an action plan to increase use of the Allianz Claims Hub
- Maintain, enhance and promote our footprint on the CRM Connect Page to highlight the CRM Team and improve commercial and market awareness for our claims teams
- Provide support to the CHCs for any Bespoke or specific customer requirements ensuring the requirements meets both the needs of the customer and the business
- Actively seek feedback from customers/brokers to help drive improvements to our overall proposition and service
- Attend the claims team’s huddles to update them on customer/broker changes promoting and introducing new initiatives to enhance the customer journey
- Actively seek Competitor intelligence

**Skills and Experience**:

- Relationship management experience
- Stakeholder management experience
- Good understanding of UK General Insurance Market
- Strong influencing skills with the ability to coach and work collaboratively with our Claims Handling Centres
- Claims handling experience (desirable)
- OPEX/Project Management experience (desirable)
- A full driving licence (desirable)
- ACII qualification or progressing towards (desirable)
