The role is based at Park House inpatient unit whereby you will be providing home cooked meals from a set menu to meet their individual dietary requirements.

If you are a good enthusiastic cook, who appreciates good quality home cooked food and wish to to make a difference to the patient's experience, this role could be for you.

**Responsibilities**:
**Duties**:
To be responsible for ensuring standards of food and hygiene are maintained to the levels indicated by the Food Safety Standards, and EHO.

Once a week you will be required to lead a bake off group with the residents at Park house with support from staff.

To be responsible for ensuring food is prepared in line with Food Safety standards.

To be responsible for ensuring that the food service is delivered at the agreed times.

To ensure a high quality food service is delivered.
