Retail Relationship Executive

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Commercial & New Markets Team on a one-year renewable contract and be a key contributor in helping Hubtel digitize restaurants, shops and pharmacies
We are looking for an energetic individual who can drive or ride a motorbike.
Perks:
- Petty expense support to lunch, and other reasonable requirements.
**Responsibilities**:
- Activate retailers in your zone to ensure they generate daily orders.
- Grow revenue within your zone per set targets.
- Prospect and onboard qualified retailers on Hubtel’s Quick Commerce Platform.
- Work with retailers to ensure they give the best experience to Hubtel riders and customers
- Train retailers in your zone on Hubtel products.
**Requirements**:
- You must be able to drive/ride a motorbike and possess a valid license.
- You must own a functional personal laptop capable of meeting the demands of the work.
- You must have good written and verbal communication in English.
- You must be able to speak the local language within your community.
- You must be able to use a smartphone or a tablet.
- Previous experience in sales or marketing is a plus.
- You must be results-driven and work well under strict timelines.
